Training Requirements
Condition Your Body
The training is physically demanding and conditioning your body prior to arrival would enhance your experience significantly. We recommend practicing dynamic styles of yoga such as Vinyasa Flow and Power yoga 3-4 x per week starting two months before the training. As well, it is best for you to infuse yin yoga once a week to get familiar with the practice.
Training Book List
Upon signing up, you’ll receive the training book list which includes topics in philosophy, anatomy and soul journey. It’s best to get started on them right away as it will help you absorb the teaching materials during the training.
Be Open Minded
The purpose of embarking on a yoga teacher training is to expand our limited beliefs and transform our current selves. We teach from a non-dogmatic fashion which allows you to learn about different methodologies and paradigms. It is important that you keep an open mind and be receptive.
Yoga Alliance US Accredited
Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a 200hr Yoga Alliance accredited yin yang certification. This will certify you to teach in the style of Hatha Vinyasa and Yin Yoga globally.
